Is the transfer truly private? Do I share the car with other passengers? +
Yes, 100% private. The vehicle is exclusively for you and your group, with no stops to pick up other passengers. Directly from the airport to your destination.
What happens if my flight is delayed? +
Don't worry. We monitor your flight in real time. If delayed, your driver will wait at no extra charge. You don't need to notify us — we already know.
How does the booking work? +
Contact us on WhatsApp with: date, arrival or departure time, flight number, origin, destination and number of passengers. We send the quote and after confirmation you receive all details in writing.
Do you operate late at night or on holidays? +
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, upon prior booking. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.
What is the cancellation policy? +
Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance are accepted at no charge. For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, a proportional fee may apply. Check details at time of booking.
Do you serve large groups or events? +
Yes. We have executive vans for larger groups and serve events, weddings, shows and corporate transfers. Contact us for a personalized quote.
